Medical Surveillance

ALL-IN-SAFETY has several blue-chip companies that have signed long term contracts for onsite medical clinics to service their employees. ALL-IN-SAFETY also provides mobile clinic services, for those clients that prefer to have on-site medicals. The mobile unit is fully equipped with an air-conditioning unit, an audiology machine, a lung function machine, an eye testing machine. It has a 220V inverter as well as a fridge.



Risk Audits and Occupational Hygiene Surveys





We ensure that your company will stay compliant



Audits are conducted as per legislation to determine the compliance to the Occupational Health & Safety Act, the Hazardous chemical substance Act among many others. ALL-IN-SAFETY produces a comprehensive risk-based analysis report, or GAP Analysis report to assess compliance to the relevant sections of the Environmental Regulations of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (85 of 1993) and in accordance with the requirements of S.A.N.S. 10083 of 2004 for Noise, and the Noise Induced Hearing Loss Regulations, OHS Act (No 85 of 1993).



Training

ALL-IN-SAFETY Training is conducted in a professional manner with comprehensive learner guides, which are given to each attendee. Role Plays, discussion forums and exercises form part of the training session, which allows for better understanding of the material covered during training. One of the key benefits of ALL-IN-SAFETY’s training is that we customise our material to be in-line with our client’s policies and procedures. ALL-IN-SAFETY has a unique position in the market place as the training can be provided on a national basis, in 10 of our 11 official languages, utilising ALL-IN-SAFETY’s extensive infrastructure.


Accreditation: ALL-IN-SAFETY has accreditation from the Department of Labour, Resuscitation Council of SA, Health and Welfare SETA, and the HPCSA. Course material is either SETA accredited or aligned to SAQA qualifications and unit standards.



HR Administration and Management of Occupational Medical Records

The determination of the success of the implementation of any occupational health and safety programme can only be assessed by careful monitoring and evaluation of the historical information that must be collected during the programme. Medical surveillance records of employees and comparative data must be safely stored and analysed in order to assist with the continued strategic direction of an occupational health and safety programme. This information needs to be communicated with the Human Resource Department in the form of raw data as well as monthly reports and recommendations.


Complete management of all COID incidences and cases, from occurrence to finalisation. The management will include the following;


• Case management by the incident Case Management System, (Clinical Case Manager and Safety Incident Case Manager)

• Administration of incident, including collation of medical reports and claim forms

• Rehabilitation of employee back to work as per the Code of Practice

• Initiation of the Disability Management System if applicable
